Business Simulations

Sometimes the normal training program just won't do.  Lets say you have had enough of serious concept driven training programs or you want to reward your teams with something more exciting and more incisive. You want the participants to "experience and feel" the real thing and make choices in but in a safe environment.

That's when our simulations come in.  We take real world business problems and simulate them in a classroom and we create an environment for groups of participants to make choices and come out successful.

In a powerful debrief that happens immediately after the simulation activity we draw parallels between the participants decisions and behaviour during the simulation and compare it with the real world.  The outcomes are frighteningly similar and thought provoking.  The participants learn by doing and making choices in a fun-filled high-energy environment.

Business Moves

Close up of chess board with chess pieces.

4 hour  / 1 Day Simulation for Upto 24 Participants in any function irrespective of their experience & position.

BusinessMoves is a business simulation where teams plan and make smart moves against each other for higher returns. Whether you are competing or partnering in business your success depends upon the moves and counter moves you and the other party makes.  Knowing the game plan, strategizing, planning, communicating, persuading, anticipating the other party’s moves and making those mid course corrections for the desired business outcomes, is what this simulation is all about.

Participants would experience the following during the simulation.

✅  Strategizing & Planning

Strategizing the next several moves and planning for the next move under the most adverse conditions is probably the first step in achieving success.

✅  Target Orientation

No target is big enough for the person who is oriented on the target at all times.

✅  Decision Making

Step by step the participants will have every opportunity to decide on the moves that they need to make.

✅  Risk Taking

Participants will have ample opportunity to take risks and experience the outcome of their decisions.

✅  Behaviors

Participants would experience the impact their behaviors on others and vice versa.

✅  Persuasion

In business, what persuades? Is it data, references, quality, performance or what? Participants will have ample opportunity in persuading their own team members as well as members of the other team.

✅  Negotiation

Working towards Win-Lose often results in a Lose-Lose outcome. At every stage of the activity the participants would have the opportunity to manoeuvre the outcome towards a Win-Win.

✅  Collaboration

Participants would experience the benefits of collaborating not just with external customers but with internal customers as well.

✅  Collaboration

Groups work together to understand the challenges and work amidst conflicting thoughts, opinions and ego’s to come out successful. Blame games cannot undo decisions and only test relationships and team spirit
