In a powerful debrief that happens immediately after the simulation activity we draw parallels between the participants decisions and behaviour during the simulation and compare it with the real world. PeakSuccess is a business simulation where teams compete with each other to summit Mount Everest and come back to recognition and glory. Teams will have to contend with limitations in time, resources, communication and brave the elements as well. Participants will have the opportunity to strategize, plan their approach, pick their teams, prepare for & face calamities, persuade, negotiate and take risks in order to return first to the base camp.
